Strawberry Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

Cake:
Duncan Hines Classic White Cake Mix, 15.25 oz
3 big white eggs
¼ cup of vegetable oil
1 gallon of milk
Strawberry gelatin mix, 6 oz
½ cup of mashed strawberries, optional

Ingredient for the cream cheese:

16 ounce of cream cheese
½ cup of sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extraction, optional
¼ of cornstarch
3 big eggs
½ cup of thick cream

Creamy whipped a cheese icing:
1/2 cup of heavy cream
½ cup of unsalted butter
Two ¼ cup of confectioners suctions

How to Prepare:

This process is for baking the cake:

Step 1: Mix all the cake ingredients well and whisk well to remove lumps.

Step 2: Add the strawberry gelatin and mix with the cake mix well and also add the eggs, vegetable oil and the milk. Mix well until it is smooth with no lumps in it

Step 3: Coat the cake pan with baking spray, and fill the cake pan with the cake butter, almost full about ¾.

Step 4: Preheat the oven to 350°F, then bake the cake for 20 minutes, or until it’s slightly brown.

Step 5: Remove the cakes from the oven and leave them to cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the pan.

Process for making the cheesecake:

Step 1: Mix the cheesecake ingredients together, adding other ingredients one by one.

Step 2: Add the sugar and the vanilla essence

Step 3: Fill the cake pan with three cups of cheesecake filling, after it has been sprayed, and the bottom of the cake pan has been lined with parchment paper.

Step 4: Put the cake pan on top of the cookie sheet and pour one and half cups of water into the cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 350°F and let it bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven after it is cool fully.

Cream cheese whipped frosting:

Step 1: Mix all the cream cheese whipped frosting ingredients together and let it blend properly.

Step 2: Mix with the two ¼ cup confectioners sugar, until the frosting is very smooth with no lumps.

Steps 3: Place the cakes on themselves with the edges and the top of the cake being frosted, allowing for 20 minutes to cool before cutting.
