Paula Deen in 5 Minute Fudge

Candy is often the heart of any party, and although I previously avoided making it due to the time involved, I’ve discovered a quick and easy trick. This recipe, inspired by my admiration for Paula Deen, is the 5-Minute Waffle Fudge. It’s incredibly simple and calls for just a few basic ingredients. In just five minutes, you can whip up some of the most delicious fudge around!

5-Minute Waffle Fudge Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cups white sugar

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 package (6 ounces) milk chocolate chips

16 large marshmallows

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

Combine the sugar, milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Cook this mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in the chocolate chips and cook until they are completely melted. Then, take the saucepan off the heat.

Add in the marshmallows, vanilla extract, and chopped nuts. Stir everything together until well mixed.

Pour the mixture into an 8-inch skillet. Let it cool, then cut it into squares.
