Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box
2 boxes vanilla pudding mix
3 cups of milk
2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 bananas,
20 Nilla wafers, 5 crush
Methods :
-Preheat oven 350F.
-Greased & flour 9 * 13 inch baking plate.
-Prepare the cake according to the framed instructions.
-Pour the batter into a buttered/floured mold.
-Let cool.
When cake is cooling, preparing pudding:
-In bowl, whisking pudding packets & milk until thick. Put apart.
-In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, sugar and pure vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set apart.
-Using bottom of spoon, poke holes all on cake.
-Spread the pudding mixture over the top of the cake, then top with a layer of banana slices, reserving a few for the top
-Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with Nilla Wafers and lightly mashed bananas.
