1 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Garlic Butter Topping:
2 tbsp salted butter melted
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350.
-Combine all the batter ingredients and mix until smooth.
-Put 10 scoops of dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
-Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
-Stir together the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush on the tops of the hot biscuits.
