Ingredients:
220 gram dark chocolate
4 tbsp butter
2/3 cup flour 86 gram
1/2 tsp bakiing powder
1/2 tsp coffee tsp. to c.
2 large eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar 170 gram
1 Cup pure vanilla coffee
340 gram chocolate chips
Instructions :
-Preheat oven 180 ° C.
-Heaat chocolate & butter in a double boiler, stirring until melted.
-In a bowl, whisking together flour , baking powdeer and salt.
-In a bowl, whisking the eggs with brown sugar, vanilla extract also on high speed until lightly and fluffy.
-Minimize speed to low also whisk, adding melteed chocolate.
-Stirring in flour blending without on mixing .
-Incorporate chocolate pieces using an ice cream spoon, putting piles “2-3 cm apart on baking sheets baking about “12 min , until cookiies are shiny also crispy yet softly in center
