Easy Fat Burning Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 avocado
½ cucumber
lemon juice
½ red onion
1 or 2 tomatoes
Fresh coriander
A drizzle of olive oil
A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:

To make this ideal salad for lunch or dinner, you don’t need to spend hours preparing it, or countless ingredients. So, shall we try?

-You must first cut the avocado and the tomatoes into pieces, then the cucumber into strips, and do the same with the red onion.

-Then, just put everything in a salad bowl, before adding cilantro, a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
