Ingredients:
3 boneless, chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
(2) 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
1/2 onion diced
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 pound cooked Penne
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 Tablespoon butter
Instructions:
-Place the chicken pepper, tomatoes, onion and Italian seasoning in the slow cooker. I used a 6 quart slow cooker.
-Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
-Shred chicken and stir in slow cooker
-Stir in cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese
-Garnish with Parmesan.
-Covering also cooking to cheese is melt.
-Then melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the breadcrumbs until dark brown in color.
-Sprinkle sautéed bread crumbs over pasta. Serve and enjoy!
