CHRISTMAS POPCORN BALLS

Ingredients:

1 bag of popcorn for the microwave oven
For the caramel
140 grams of white Sugar
A splash of Water
80 ml of Whipping Cream (35% fat) or Whipping Cream
20 grams of unsalted butter
4 teaspoons Agave Syrup (Optional)

Step By Step:

1-First, put the bag of popcorn in the microwave and follow the directions on the package.
2-Then, put the Cream and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it.
3-Then in another bowl, add the Sugar with a splash of water and heat it over medium heat until it turns golden brown. It is important not to stir at any time.

Once the caramel has turned golden brown, please remove it from the heat and immediately add the cream and butter mixture to boil so that the caramel does not splash on it. Now, all we have to do is pour the warm caramel over the popcorn, which will already be cold, and stir well so that all of them are impregnated.

1-We must grease our hands with a little oil to make the balls and make them the size we want. We can also put a stick as if they were cake pops, and for this, we only have to dip one end in the caramel.
2-Let them harden on baking paper.
