Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 16 cubes mozzarella cheese about 1 inch each
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat and Prepare:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Dough:

  • Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a small disc.

Assemble the Bombs:

  • Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each disc.
  • Wrap the dough around the cheese, sealing the edges tightly. Roll into a smooth ball.

Make Garlic Butter:

  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Coat and Bake:

  • Brush each bomb with garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve:

  • Allow to cool slightly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm. Enjoy with marinara sauce if desired.
