I love this recipe of quiche so much! A big thanks to my best friend, Alex, for giving this to me. I am so glad that I decided to give it a try because I never would have tasted the best quiche in the world. I kid you not! By the way, be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

6 slices bacon

4 Eggs, beaten

1 ½ c light cream

¼ tsp ground

Nutmeg

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

2 c chopped fresh spinach

2 c chopped fresh mushrooms

½ c chopped onions

1 c shredded Swiss cheese

1 c shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 (9”) deep-dish pie crust

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 3: Add in the bacon and cook until greasy and crispy.

Step 4: Drain the excess grease and crumble the bacon in a bowl.

Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, add in the eggs, nutmeg, cream, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 6: Add in the crumbled bacon, mushrooms, onions, ¾ cup Cheddar cheese, ¾ cup Swiss cheese, and spinach. Stir until well combined.

Step 7: Transfer the mixture in a pie crust and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

Step 8: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes or until brown.

Step 9: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
