SALMON PATTIES

INGREDIENTS:

Salmon: 1 can, about 7 oz (drained and crumbled)
Egg: 1 (beaten)
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Shallots: 2 (finely chopped)
Cracker crumbs: 2 cups
Lemon pepper, to taste
*Yields about 4 servings

STEPS TO MAKE IT :

-To start off the recipe, adjust your oven’s temperature to 375°F (190C).

-Then you’re going to get a bowl and mix in the salmon, egg, olive oil, shallot, and 2/3 of the breadcrumbs then season with pepper. You should form 8 small patties with this mixture.

-Once the patties are formed, you need to sprinkle them with the remaining breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet (in a single layer).

-The last step is to bake until golden brown on both sides, turning the patties once, it takes around 10 minutes.
