2 cups cooked white rice

TO ASSEMBLE QUESARITO:

8 large flour tortillas

1 ½ cup shredded Cheddar

1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce

½ cup sour cream

Directions:

Step 1: Place a medium skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Step 3: Discard any excess grease.

Step 5: Place a large nonstick pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Step 6: Add the tortilla and top it with cheddar cheese, then followed by another tortilla. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until the cheese has melted completely.

Step 7: Repeat step 6 to the rest of the tortillas and cheese.

Step 8: To assemble the quesaritos, top each with rice, meat, nacho cheese sauce, and sour cream, then roll to make a burrito. Do this process to the rest of the ingredients.

Step 9: Turn the heat to medium-high and allow the pan to become hot.

Step 10: Add 2 quesaritos at a time and cook each side for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 11: Serve hot and enjoy!
