PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN

You’ll Need :

6 slices of pineapple in syrup
100 grams of flour
100 gm butter
100 grams of sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. tablespoons pineapple syrup (restore the diameter in the can)
1 tbsp. Baking powder

Preparation:

-Preheat oven 180 degrees C .

-Drain the pineapple rings and collect their juice for the rest of the recipe.

-Lay out the six pineapple slices in the bottom of a silicone dish or a regular dish that has been greased with butter.

-In a bowl, mix sugar and very soft butter. Then add eggs and beat until smooth.

-Then add flour, syrup and yeast. Blend it for a few moments to get a smooth paste, then pour it over the pineapple rings.

-Bake for 30 minutes, then let cool completely before turning the pan upside down onto a plate.
