Ingredients:
4 slices of provolone
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
½ cup almond flour
1 large egg
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed, ½ each
½ large onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
One tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
How to prepare:
-Firstly we have meat at room temperature for around 30 minutes.
-Then dice the onion and pepper.
-Take a medium pan and heat oil in it.
-Then add diced onion and pepper it and stir well till well combined.
-Take a large bowl and add meats, almond flour, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper and stir well till well combined.
-Divide the meat mixture into thirds.
-Take one portion and fill into the bottom of the loaf pan and press it carefully.
-Then spread onions and pepper onto the top first layer of meat and add half of the cream cheese.
-Then take the second third of the meat and flatten out the layer and place it on top of step 5.
-Top the last third of the flattened meat with half of the onions, pepper and cream cheese.
-Cover and bake it at 375ºF for 40 minutes.
-Remove, cover, and place the slices of provolone on top and continue to bake 10 minutes more.
-Let it cool down before serving.
