Wendy’s frosty fans unite… I’ve come up with the most perfect copycat EVER! It tastes just like the real deal, and is so simple to make… I bet you can’t guess the secret ingredient!
Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
1/2 gallon chocolate milk
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients FIRST, then pour it into the ice cream maker.
Mix for 20 to 30 minutes until it reaches frozen perfection, pour in a big glass, insert straw and drink!
