Homemade Hamburger Helper

This easy, homemade Hamburger Helper recipe is the boxed flavor and cheese you dream for! Pasta and ground beef are sautéed and topped with tomato sauce and cream cheese for a satisfying version of this classic dinner idea.

Ingredients

Ground beef: 1 pound

Dry pasta: 1 cup

Hot water: 1 cup

Milk: 2 cups

Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon

Paprika: 1 tablespoon

Onion powder: 2 teaspoons

Garlic powder: 2 teaspoons

Mustard powder: 1 teaspoon

Kosher salt: 1 teaspoon

Freshly ground black pepper: 1/2 tsp

Shredded cheddar cheese: 1 cup

Method :

-Roast the ground meat in a large skillet over a medium heat, and drain the fat.

-Adding all of rest ingredients to skillet (except cheese) while stir, to combined.

-Once done, you can boil, cover, bring to a slow boil, and then cook for 12 minutes.

-Remove immediately from heat, turn over cheese, and cover. Finally, leave it on for about 2 minutes, then stir until blended. Serve and
