Ingredients :

2 eggs, at room temperature.
A cup of liquid milk.
Half a cup of corn oil.
2 cups of flour.
A cup of sugar.
2 tsp unsaalted butter
4 tsp baking powder.
Half a tsp vanilla extract.
Zest 1 lemon or orange.
4 tsps unsweetened cocoa.

How to prepare :

-In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, and set aside. In an electric whisk, beat the eggs and sugar well. Add butter, a cup of milk to the egg mixture, and re-mix for a few seconds. We add the dry ingredients to the previous mixture. Divided mixture to 2 detach containers.
-Adding cocoa to the first section, and mix well with a wooden spoon. We add varmacelli to the other half of the mixture. Pour mixture to cup cake molds. We put the pans into the preheated oven on medium temperature.
-Leave the molds in the oven for half an hour, then take them out, leave the cupcakes to cool down, and decorate them in the desired way.
