Mix the cream, milk, condensed milk, cocoa, vanilla, and chocolate chips in your slow cooker and in two hours you have rich hot chocolate, ready for you to add your favorite toppings and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups heavy cream
2 cups whole milk
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1-In a medium slow cooker, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Note: the cocoa will likely not mix in well, but it will incorporate into the liquid during the heating.
2-Stir in the chocolate chips.
3-Set the slow cooker to low and cover. Heat for two hours, stirring occasionally.
4-Serve hot in mugs with topping of your choice.
