Crispy Garlic Ranch Roasted Potatoes

You’ll Need :

Serves 4-6
1 3/4 lb Baby Red potatoes, halved
3 Tbsp Butter, melted (I used olive oil)
2 tsp dill
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:

-Preheat oven to 400°.
-In a small bowl mix together melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt and pepper.
-Pour seasoned butter into 9 x 13” baking dish. Cover the entire bottom of the dish.
-Place potato halves in melted seasoned butter cut side down. Brush the tops of the potatoes with seasoned butter that has pooled between potato halves. Top with a sprinkle of additional sea salt.
-Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until potatoes reach the desired level of the crispness. Bottoms should be nice and golden brown, and crisp.
