Cheesy Garlic Scalloped Potato

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes
150 gr of garlic & fine herbs cheese (such as Boursin, Mme Loïc)
25 cl fresh liquid cream
25g butter
1 clove of garlic
Salt pepper

Preparation:

-In saucepan, heat the whip cream, butter and garlic & herb cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to obtain a homogeneous preparation.

-Peel & cut the potatoes to slices and place them in a gratin dish previously rubbed with a clove of garlic.

-Pour preparation on top and bake for 50 mn at 180°C.
