Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise mayonnaise (regular or avocado mayo)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup ketchup (no-sugar-added if you like)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika smoked paprika (or sweet paprika)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder garlic powder (or 1 small clove fresh, minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar granulated sugar (or honey for a natural touch)
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter melted butter (optional, for extra richness)
  • 2-3 tablespoons water water (to reach desired consistency)
  • Pinch cayenne pepper cayenne pepper (optional, for a gentle kick)
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sriracha (if you crave more fire) Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and water until smooth. Add rice vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, melted butter, cayenne pepper, and sriracha, if desired. Stir to combine.
  • Cover the sauce and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, give the sauce a stir. If it's too thick, thin it out with a little water until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Enjoy the Yum Yum sauce with grilled meats, sushi, fries, or fresh-cut veggies.

Notes

Use a whisk for a silky texture. Lighten the sauce with Greek yogurt or spice it up with sriracha. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a week.
