Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole-milk Greek yogurt e.g., Fage or Chobani for extra creaminess
  • 2 cups mixed granola store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced stone fruit peaches or nectarines—seasonal swap
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts almonds, pecans, walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds pumpkin, sunflower
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut optional
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for a hint of sweetness
  • Pinch sea salt to balance flavors

Instructions

  • Wipe a large wooden cutting board or marble slab clean, then lay down small bowls or jars in a loose grid.
  • Mix vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt into the Greek yogurt. Place it at the board’s center.
  • Keep colors balanced and inviting.
  • Set at the edge for guests to pour.
  • Label each section with mini chalkboard signs or handwritten tags if desired.
  • Encourage creative layering.

Notes

I learned that room-temperature yogurt whips up creamier—skip the fridge pull just before serving.
