Weight Watchers Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds frozen peaches
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can diet 7UP or Sprite

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Spread the frozen peaches evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the entire box of dry yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches.
  • Pour the can of diet 7UP or Sprite evenly over the dry cake mix without stirring.
  • Cover the cobbler with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
  • Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

For added flavor, consider sprinkling a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg over the peaches before adding the cake mix.
