Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread the frozen peaches evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the entire box of dry yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches.
Pour the can of diet 7UP or Sprite evenly over the dry cake mix without stirring.
Cover the cobbler with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For added flavor, consider sprinkling a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg over the peaches before adding the cake mix.
