Ingredients
  

  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • tablespoons butter sliced into pats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Baking Pan:

  • Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with its juice, sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla.
  • Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Transfer to the Baking Pan:

  • Pour the pineapple mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Add Butter and Cinnamon:

  • Dot the top of the pineapple mixture with pats of butter.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the top.

Bake:

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown and the center is set.
  • A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.

Cool and Serve:

  • Let the bake cool slightly before serving.

Notes
