Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen meatballs approx. 25 oz
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 packets brown gravy mix 1.74 oz total

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients. Slice mushrooms if needed.
  • Place frozen meatballs and sliced mushrooms into the slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, brown gravy mix, and water until smooth.
  • Pour sauce over the meatballs and mushrooms in the slow cooker. Stir gently to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Check for doneness (internal temperature of meatballs should reach 165°F). Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  • Serve over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes to the gravy mixture before cooking.
