Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Slice mushrooms if needed.
Place frozen meatballs and sliced mushrooms into the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, brown gravy mix, and water until smooth.
Pour sauce over the meatballs and mushrooms in the slow cooker. Stir gently to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Check for doneness (internal temperature of meatballs should reach 165°F). Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes to the gravy mixture before cooking.
