  • 1/8 teaspoon salt just a pinch
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips

  • Line Muffin Pan: Line a muffin pan with liners and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
  • Melt Peanut Butter Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine 1 cup peanut butter, 6 tablespoons honey, and 1/8 teaspoon salt; stir until smooth.
  • Add Rice Krispies: Remove from heat and gradually stir in 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  • Distribute Mixture: Press the peanut butter mixture into the prepared muffin liners, forming a solid base.
  • Melt Chocolate: In a clean saucepan, melt 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Add Chocolate Layer: Spoon the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture, covering the tops completely.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the treats for 30-60 minutes until firm.
  • Serve: Once firm, remove from liners and serve.
