Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp butter divided
  • 10 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz mini peanut butter cups package
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9-inch or 9x13-inch pan with foil, leaving overhang for handles. Grease with 1 tablespoon of butter.

  • Combine chocolate chips and 3/4 cup peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispie layer and spread evenly.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm. Use foil handles to lift treats from the pan.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts or swap mini peanut butter cups for M&M's.
