  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • ¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup Smart Balance spread melted (or another butter product)
  • 1 baking tray greased or lined with foil

Instructions
 

Preheat Your Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Chicken

  • Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry. Slice each breast lengthwise into two thin pieces.

Prepare the Breading
