  • 1 cup nonfat -skim- milk The base, providing a creamy texture without the added fat.
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding mix (Thickens the Frosty and adds rich chocolate flavor.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor, adding depth and sweetness.
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder Adds deep chocolatey taste without additional sugars.
  • 1/2 tbsp Splenda 2-3 small packets Sweetens the Frosty without adding calories - adjust to taste.
  • 2 tbsp Cool-Whip Free - optional Adds extra creaminess - optional but recommended.
  • 7 ice cubes Essential for creating the thick, frosty texture.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Blender: Ensure your blender is ready and capable of chopping ice.
  • Combine Ingredients: Add the nonfat milk, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, vanilla extract, unsweetened cocoa powder, Splenda, Cool-Whip Free (if using), and ice cubes into the blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and the ice is thoroughly chopped. Adjust consistency with more ice or milk as needed.

Notes
