4boneless pork chopsapproximately 3/4-inch thick

Instructions
Generously season both sides of the pork chops with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 7-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Remove from the pan and set aside, keeping them warm.
Lower the heat to medium and sauté garlic in the same pan for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 2 minutes, scraping up browned bits from the pan.
Return the pork chops to the pan and spoon the sauce over them. Simmer for an additional minute, until the sauce thickens into a glaze.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your choice of sides.
