Instructions
 

  • Drain the Pineapple: Thoroughly drain the crushed pineapple and pineapple tidbits using a fine mesh strainer. Press gently with the back of a spoon to remove excess juice.
  • Combine Pineapple and Pudding Mix: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the well-drained crushed pineapple and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and fully combined.
  • Fold in Coconut and Marshmallows: Gently fold in the sweetened shredded coconut and mini marshmallows, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Add Pineapple Tidbits: Fold in the well-drained pineapple tidbits for added texture and bursts of flavor.
  • Incorporate the Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping, being careful not to overmix to maintain a light, airy texture.
  • Transfer to Serving Dish: Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl or individual dessert cups. Smooth the top for an inviting presentation.
