5cupsgreen cabbageshredded or chopped
1/4cuplow-carb taco seasoning
1tablespoondry minced onion

1 1/2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small crumbles, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in the shredded or chopped cabbage until evenly combined with the beef. Add the taco seasoning and dry minced onion, then pour in the water. Cook and stir for 5-10 minutes until the cabbage is crisp-tender.
