4cupsdiced potatoes
2cupsdiced ham
1smallonionfinely chopped
1cancream of mushroom soup10.5 oz
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1cupmilk
1/2cupsour cream

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, diced ham, and chopped onion.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add half of the potato and ham mixture to the bottom of the crockpot. Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes and ham, ensuring an even distribution. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, ham, and sauce.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the casserole is bubbly.
Stir the casserole gently before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
