Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting through completely.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the chicken pockets. Press the edges together to seal.
Set up a breading station with three dishes: flour, beaten eggs, and crushed Doritos. Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and press into Doritos for an even coating.
