Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16.3 oz, cut into quarters
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6-8 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish chopped green onions optional
  • for serving hot sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • Open the can of biscuits and cut each one into quarters. Arrange them evenly in the greased baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuits, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top, then distribute the crumbled bacon across the dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions or drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

This dish can be prepared the night before and baked fresh in the morning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
