Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka Tito's or Smirnoff work beautifully
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur Godiva or Baileys Chocolate Luxe
  • 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream for extra richness; use almond milk for dairy-free
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup or chocolate syrup see tip below
  • ice cubes preferably large, clear cubes
  • garnish: chocolate shavings or cocoa powder optional
  • optional rim: melted chocolate and crushed amaretti or Oreos

Instructions
 

  • Place your martini glass in the freezer while you gather ingredients.
  • Add vodka, chocolate liqueur, half-and-half, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, then shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
  • Remove the glass from the freezer. Optionally rim with melted chocolate and crushed cookies.
  • Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a deeper cocoa note, swap in dark chocolate syrup. Adjust sweetness with sugar-free syrup or agave. Chill glass for an extra frosty cocktail.
