Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10″) flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ cup croutons, lightly crushed

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and garlic for 30 seconds, then add shredded chicken. Stir 2–3 minutes until heated through and garlic is fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange each wrap on your work surface and spoon 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing down the center—let it spread naturally.
  • Divide romaine and warm chicken evenly among wraps. Sprinkle on Parmesan and, if you like, a tablespoon of crushed croutons for extra crunch.
  • Fold in the sides, then tightly roll from the bottom up—like tucking in a cozy blanket to keep everything snug.
  • Using a sharp, serrated knife, slice each wrap in half diagonally—this clean cut showcases your colorful layers.
  • Enjoy immediately for peak crispness, or wrap individually in parchment for later.

Notes

Stir a spoonful of Greek yogurt into low-fat Caesar dressing for extra creaminess without the extra calories.
