Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press the mixture into the dish to form a crust. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth. Spread over the crust and freeze for another 10 minutes.
Whisk pudding mix with milk and 1/2 cup whipped topping until thickened (2-3 minutes). Spread over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pour cherry pie filling over the pudding layer. Spread evenly with a spoon.
