Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise full-fat for rich flavor
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup Heinz recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce gluten-free if needed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder freshly ground for extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika for depth
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust for heat preference
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons pickle juice secret tang booster

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne.
  • Add lemon juice and pickle juice. Stir until the sauce reaches a velvety consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Chill the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  • Use as a dipping sauce for fries, chicken strips, veggies, or burgers.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap part of the mayo with Greek yogurt. Resting the sauce enhances flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
