Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb meat (beef or lamb) cubed
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables diced
  • 1 cup tapioca/cassava flour
  • 4 cups broth vegetable or beef

Instructions
 

  • Cube the meat, dice the assorted vegetables, and gather tapioca/cassava flour and broth.
  • In a heavy-bottomed pot, sear the cubed meat until browned on all sides.
  • Add the diced vegetables and broth to the pot. Simmer over low heat until the meat and vegetables are tender.
  • Slowly sprinkle and stir in tapioca/cassava flour to thicken the stew to your desired consistency.
  • Season the stew with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust any additional seasonings as needed.

Notes

For added richness, you can stir in some coconut milk at the end of cooking. Serve the stew hot with a side of rice or crusty bread.
