Instructions
Prepare the Marinade: Combine soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried basil, dried parsley, and black pepper in a large ziplock bag, then seal and mix well.
Marinate the Steak: Add steak pieces to the bag, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, up to 24 hours, to marinate.
Heat the Skillet: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Cook the Steak: Remove steak from marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and cook in hot skillet for about 3 minutes per side for medium-well, adjusting for desired doneness.
