Instructions

  • Add ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese to the potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, skin side down.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with a selection of dipping sauces.
