Instructions
Ensure the slow cooker is clean and ready to use. Consider using a liner for easy cleanup.
Rinse and pat dry the pork chops. Arrange them at the bottom of the slow cooker in an even layer.
Pour the cream of chicken soup over the pork chops. Fill the empty soup can with water and add it to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the soup-covered pork chops.
Cover and set the slow cooker to low. Cook for 6 hours, avoiding lifting the lid.
Carefully remove the pork chops with tongs or a spatula. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles, and a side of vegetables.
Notes
Substitute cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor profile.
