INGREDIENTS:
1 unbaked pie shell homemade is so much better
1 cup chocolate chunks
1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar packed
3 large eggs beaten
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp Coca-Cola
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Bake crust 8 minutes at 350 degrees F.
-Melt chunks and butter together in a large bowl in the microwave; add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
-Pour mixture into the prebaked crust and bake 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
-Don’t over cook. Serve warm.
-Top with real whipped cream and if you want to make it sinfully rich top with ice cream, toasted pecans, caramel sauce and whipped cream – oh yeah, it’s a Valentine for the chocolate lover in your life.
