Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef, 1/2 pound Owens hot sausage-browned with
1 bell pepper diced
1 small onion diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chile powder
1 tsp of salt
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can of corn drained
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni

Instructions:

Brown ground, sausage together, then add onion & bell pepper, and dry macaroni stir well a few times, add corn and Rotel tomatoes with juice and tomato sauce, stir well. Add mushrooms last, add 2 cups of water or until water just comes over the top of ingredients and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, stir occasionally and add more water if needed until macaroni is tender. Enjoy!
