Delicious Chinese Style Spaghetti

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1 bag of spaghetti 200g
Paprika and Sweet Pepper
2 carrots
soy sauce to taste
Broccoli
1/2 onion

Instructions:

-Cut the chicken into small pieces, marinate with salt, garlic and soy sauce.

-Let it rest for at least an hour.

-Cook the spaghetti in boiling water as indicated on the package (reserve).

-Cook the broccoli in water for 10 minutes to that they are not overcooked.

-In a pan add a little oil and fry the onion, until it becomes transparent, then add the carrot, the pepper and the chili and the previously cooked broccoli, add a splash of soy sauce and let it cook over heat low and covered.

-Then in another pan you cook the chicken with a very little oil and once it is ready add it to the pan where you have the other ingredients and turn off the heat, then add the already cooked spaghetti and a little more soy sauce.

-You can add shrimp too if you wish.
