Vegetable Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

2 cups sliced celery

2 cups grated carrots

2 cups sliced onions

2 minced garlic cloves

3/4 tsp thyme

1 teaspoon of parsley

10 cups of beef broth

2 tablespoons chili sauce

1 cup vermicelli

Ground pepper

Instructions:

-In a pot, brown a little oil and soften the vegetables and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes.

-Add seasonings, chili sauce and broth and bring to a boil.

-Add the vermicelli and cook, uncovered, 15 minutes.
