Ingredients:
4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
¼ cup cold water
1 cup (8 oz.) Baileys Irish Cream
¼ cup (2 oz.) Butterscotch Schnapps
¼ (2 oz.) Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
whipped cream, for topping
christmas Sprinkles, for topping
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water. Whisk together until the gelatin is dissolved (this can take up to 5 minutes).
Stir in the cold water, followed by the Baily’s, schnapps, and Kahlua.
Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Then, pour evenly into shot cups and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours (or overnight).
Before serving, top each shot with whipped cream and sprinkles.
